Trinity Coronavirus Update for July 17, 2020

07.17.20 | News

    Happy Weekend Everyone,

I hope and pray that you are staying safe and healthy.  Just a couple of quick things.

    • Next weekend (July 26) we’ll have our second outdoor worship service of the season at 11 a.m.  Masks are not required outdoors as long as proper social distancing is maintained.  Please, bring you own chair or blanket.
    • We continue to offer Holy Communion on Tuesdays and Thursdays during July. Go to the Trinity website to register.  www.trinityct.org
    • Our summer sermon series is called “Road Trip.”  This week we’ll be in Jerusalem with Peter and Paul as they work out a problem that existed in early Christianity.  Read Acts 15 to find out more.
    • Don’t hesitate to contact the church office if you need pastoral care.  Also, trained Stephen Ministers are available to meet one on one with folks who are going through a tough time and could use some extra ongoing support.  If you, or someone you know might benefit from a Stephen Minister please, contact Pastor Gary at     to find out more.
    • Many weeks ago, as we started on this COVID-19 journey, we focused on staying in the Word and being in prayer.  Nothing has changed.  As we face continued uncertainty, and growing frustration, the only remedy we have is to stay close to the Lord in worship, Word and prayer, and to care for one another. Let’s encourage one another in these ways.

That’s it for this week.  We live by faith and not be fear.

    Pastor Ken
