HELP US HAVE THE BEST BLOOD DRIVE EVER! Trinity hosts an American Red Cross blood drive on Thursday, Sept. 7 from 1-7 p.m. in the Community Center. We know this is a busy time of year, but the Red Cross relies on volunteers through blood drives like Trinity’s. This time, we want to top our previous donations. If you can help, make your appointment at RedCrossBlood.org and use code TrinityCT.

PRESCHOOL OPENINGS-- Trinity's Early Childhood Center has openings in the traditional half-day three and four-year-old preschool program and in the FREE Great Start Readiness Program for this fall. This program is free to four-year-olds who qualify. Find out more on either program at Trinity’s website at Trinityct.org/ECC.

SCHOOL UPDATES—The 2023-24 school year begins Monday, ug. 28 at 8 a.m. Opening chapel is at 8:30 a.m. and members of the congregation are welcome to join us in the sanctuary as we begin the new school year.

SCHOOL THEME—The school theme is “Connected” based on Ephesians 4:16 (see the Current Preaching Series section for information about how that ties into our sermon series). These year, we focus on how we are all members of the Body of Christ, equipped with special gifts from God. Whatever our gifts are, they should be used to help us grow together and to build one another up in faith and to the glory of God. To share our theme with the world, the school orders theme shirts each year. These shirts are available to members of the congregations, but they must be ordered in advance by Wednesday, Sept. 6. Non-school families: Place your order with Rachel Nyboer at Include your size and number of shirts you would like. The shirts are $10 each. Rachel will set up an opportunity for your to pay and pick up your shirt.
