SERMON SERIES—Colorful Teachings—The Old Testament is filled with stories—some familiar, some surprising—that can often fade into the background of our faith. But when we take a closer look, the details come alive with color, meaning and relevance for our lives today. In this sermon series, we will explore the vibrant truth behind these ancient texts, following the LCMS three-year lectionary and focusing each week on the Old Testament reading. This series is designed for all ages, with a special children’s message each week to help young hearts and minds discover how God’s Word speaks to them, too. Rediscover the richness of Scripture and faithfulness of God through these vivid and timeless stories.
