LOOKING FOR A NEW WAY TO GET INVOLVED? CHECK OUT WOMEN’S LEAGUE—The Women’s League hosts an open house on Tuesday, Sept. 19 at 6:30 p.m. in the Church Lounge. This group provides the opportunity for women to meet, talk, bond, laugh, play games, eat, and enjoy speakers while belonging to a group that shares God's love and blesses others through fundraisers. The Sept. 19 gathering is a great chance to try it out.
- It's the first meeting of the year, so you'll learn what we have coming up for the next 10 months.
- There is no commitment to join.
- None sits alone.
- Being a member requires only a minimal time commitment: We meet once/month, on the third Tuesday, from 6:30-8 p.m. (6 p.m. if the meeting starts with a potluck)
- Only seven of our ten meetings are business meetings; the other are celebrations!
- The meetings are well organized, yet informal enough to encourage discussion
- You only need to worship at Trinity to join WL; you don't have to be a Trinity member.
If you have any questions before the meeting, stop by the WL Coffee Hour on Sept. 17 or contact Debbie Graham-Large, WL President, at (313) 318-6513.
