Let's talk about what happens. Step by step. 

First, make an appointment to see a counselor. Not sure who to choose? That's fine. Our office administrator can help distinguish which counselor will best fit your needs. That counselor will reach out to you to set up an appointment time. We will give you access to our portal for completing your intake forms, consent forms and enter insurance information. 

The counseling offices are in the Normandy Center, 36405 Harper Avenue, south of 16 Mile Road. We are on the west side between McLaren Medical offices and Huntington Bank. 

On the day of your appointment, you will come to our office and have a seat in the waiting area. Your counselor will come out and get you for your session. Each session is 50 minutes in length. Appointments are available Monday through Friday with hours varying from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Our clinicians keep their own schedules allowing for greater flexibility and communication. 

Our counseling sessions are private and confidential. There is an exception for a danger to self or potential for harm to others, whic hwill be reported as required by law.
