LAST DAYS FOR MEIJER SIMPLY GIVE—Help Trinity’s pantry with a boost from Meijer. The Simply Give campaign benefitting Trinity runs through June 28. The Simply Give program is truly simple. Pick up one of the Simply Give cards in the register lanes at the Meijer on Groesbeck. Scan them when you pay. They can be purchased in $10 increments. For every card purchased, Meijer donates an additional $10, meaning your $10 earns Trinity $20. At the end of the campaign, Trinity receives the total donation in the form of gift cards that can be used to purchase food and other eligible items. For more information, contact Lisa Riviera at or call 586-463-2921.
PASTOR JEREMY RECEIVES A CALL—Pastor Jeremy received a call to serve as pastor of Sion Lutheran Church in Chatham, MI. Continue to pray for Pastor Jeremy, his family, and both congregations during this time of discernment. Pastor Jeremy is also in prayer as he seeks where God is calling him to serve.
MANY THANKS—Our HARP team thanks everyone for their donations, time and prayers. The team was able to stuff a the truck full with much-need supplies for the people in Appalachia. Thanks to your donations, they completed a successful mission trip last week.

SERMON SUMMARY—First Impressions vs. Second Chances—We live in a world that values first impressions—those carefully crafted moments where we put our best foot forward. Yet even the strongest first impressions eventually give way to the reality of our imperfections. In 2 Corinthians 5:14–21, the Apostle Paul reveals a deeper truth: through Christ, we are not merely offered a clean slate but are made new altogether. God reconciles us to Himself and entrusts us with the ministry of reconciliation, empowering us to extend grace, forgiveness, and second chances to others. Join us as we reflect on the enduring power of Christ’s love and the calling we share to live as ambassadors of His grace. Readings for the week are Isaiah 12:1-6, 2 Corinthians 5:14-21 and Mark 2:13-17.
