What’s Happening at Trinity—Oct. 12, 2025
ALL SAINTS DAY—The weekend of Nov. 1/2, we will remember, and give thanks to God, for our loved ones who have died in faith and are in heaven as part of the Church Triumphant! If you have a loved that died in faith in the past year (Nov. 1, 2024-Oct. 31, 2025) and you would like their name included in the list of the “Faithful Departed,” please contact the church office at 586-463-2921 or by Friday, Oct. 24. Contact the office even if the funeral service was held at Trinity.
HARP TOY COLLECTION—The HARP team identified a need in Caldwell, Ohio, where we serve the people of Appalachia. This area in southeast Ohio has many families who simply cannot purchase Christmas gifts for their children. During the month of OCTOBER, HARP will have a collection box in the church foyer for NEW or very gently used toys/games. Stuffies/Stuffed animals must be new. We cannot accept clothing or shoes. For donation of bikes and larger items, please call Shawn McCormick at 586-610-1127.
E3 CONTINUES—E3, our Wednesday evening gatherings, continue on Wednesdays. While Life with Jesus is over, our adult option is not. The Sunday morning Bible study (held between services) will be held again on Wednesday during E3. Join this pastor-led study to further discuss the message shared on the previous Sunday. The youth group, a children’s program and the nursery are also available. Programming begins at 6:30 p.m. No dinner will be served prior to E3. Enter through the main church doors.
CHECK IN FOR SUNDAY SCHOOL—If your child or grandchild plans to attend Sunday School, please use one of the two check-in kiosks located at the Welcome Center to receive a printed badge. Check in for Sunday School opens at 9:45 a.m. Remote check in for Sunday School is not available at this time.
