Your purchase of one $10 provides $20 to our Food Pantry. Saturday, Dec. 12, it is Double Match Day. For every $10 card purchased, Meijer contributes $20, bringing the total to $30 for the pantry! SERMON SERIES—Philippin' Through Matthew—Grace Comes Home—We naturally compare what we receive with what others have been given. But in Matthew 20, Jesus tells a story about a landowner whose generosity refuses to fit our expectations. God desires all people to be saved, and His grace cannot be divided into greater and lesser portions—everyone who belongs to Christ receives the whole Christ. This weekend, we’ll consider why such extravagant grace sometimes causes us to grumble and how God realigns our hearts with His desire that even the last would be welcomed into His vineyard. Today's readins come from Isaiah 55:6-9, Philippians 1:19-30 and Matthew 20:1-16.
